Injured workers are entitled to:

• Receive appropriate compensation for lost wages and medicalexpenses

• Receive medical treatment that promote recovery and return to safe and meaningful work

• Be treated with dignity and respect by WCB staff, WCB service providers, government bodies and agencies,
  and employers

• Be involved in the decision-making process respecting their claims

• Receive claim decisions and services provided in a timely manner
