Support Injured Workers

PCIWA is a not-for-profit organization providing support, assistance and advice to injured workers and their families throughout Nova Scotia.
Our activities include:
1. Educating injured workers of their rights and responsibilities under the legislation and policies.
2. Assisting injured workers during the adjudicative phase of their claims.
3. Advocating for legislative and operational improvements in an effort to ensure the historical principles and intent of the workers' compensation system are maintained.
